You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if the delivered plan does not name specific issues on your site, with evidence for each issue and a clear fix for each.
If the plan does name specific issues with evidence and a clear fix for each, it has been delivered as promised and is non-refundable.

Email us within 7 days of delivery, from the address you used to request the plan, and say which issues, evidence or fixes are missing.

Before work begins, you may request a full refund.
Once work has begun, the Sprint is non-refundable.
