You should not submit passwords, private credentials, payment information or other sensitive information through a website analysis field unless a specific Growthract feature expressly requests it.

Website analysis may depend on the availability, accessibility and technical configuration of the website being analyzed. Growthract does not guarantee that every page or data point will be discovered or analyzed.

Growthract may provide recommendations, observations, scores, reports, suggestions or other insights based on information available to the Services.

These insights are intended to support your decision-making. They are not a guarantee of specific business, marketing, ranking, traffic, lead-generation or revenue outcomes.

Search engine algorithms, AI systems, competitors, customer behavior and other external factors can change independently of Growthract.

Growthract does not guarantee that your website will achieve a particular search ranking, traffic level, conversion rate, lead volume or position in an AI-generated answer.

Search engines and answer engines use systems and algorithms that Growthract does not control.

Recommendations may improve the quality or discoverability of your website, but results can vary significantly between businesses, industries, websites and markets.

You retain ownership of content and information that you provide to Growthract, except where ownership is otherwise established by applicable agreements.

By submitting information to Growthract, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, display and use that information to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to provide the content and information you submit.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

The Growthract name, brand, website design, software, interfaces, original content, graphics, trademarks and other materials provided by Growthract are owned by or licensed to Growthract unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Growthract intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or create derivative works from Growthract materials unless you have written permission or applicable law expressly permits it.

Growthract is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or performance of third-party services that we do not control.
